Synthetic and PU leather bags
- Wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth and dry with a clean cloth. Avoid soaking the bag.
- Keep away from strong sunlight, heaters and sharp objects.
- Avoid overloading the bag beyond its comfortable capacity; heavy loads strain handles and zips.
- When not in use, stuff lightly with paper or a soft cloth and store in a dust bag away from moisture.
- Do not use alcohol, bleach or harsh cleaners, and do not machine wash.
Jute bags
- Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap; let it air dry fully.
- Keep dry, since damp storage can cause mould.
- Avoid machine washing and direct heat.
Zips, straps and hardware
- Keep zips closed while carrying and do not force stuck zips.
- Use padded straps and handles for laptop loads.
- Report any manufacturing defect within the time stated in our Refund and Returns Policy.
