Where we deliver

We currently deliver across India. For export or international enquiries, please contact us.

Dispatch time

Ready-stock orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of order confirmation. We do not dispatch on Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery time

Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days in most cities and up to 7 to 10 business days for remote locations. These are estimates and may be affected by weather, festivals or courier delays. You will receive tracking details by message or email once your order ships.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. Free-shipping offers, when running, are shown on the product page.

Bulk and custom orders

Production and delivery time for custom and bulk orders depends on quantity and design and is confirmed in your quotation and order confirmation.

Receiving your parcel

Please check the parcel is sealed and undamaged when it arrives. If the outer packaging is damaged, note it with the courier and contact us within 48 hours with photos. See our Refund and Returns Policy for damaged or wrong items.

Delivery problems

If you are unavailable, the courier will normally try again. After repeated failed attempts, the parcel may be returned to us. Contact us with your order number if your parcel is delayed or shows delivered but has not reached you.
