These terms apply to your use of strapit.co.in and to purchases from Strapit (“we”, “us”), a bag manufacturer based in New Delhi, India. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Strapit is a proprietorship business (GSTIN 07DZZPA7399H1ZG). Strapit is a registered trademark (No. 5171818, Class 18). Branch office: AB-100, Amar Puri, Paharganj, New Delhi 110055.
Products and prices
We try to show colours, sizes and descriptions accurately, but colours may look slightly different on your screen. Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated. We may change prices at any time, but the price you saw when you placed your order will apply to that order. If a price is clearly wrong because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm dispatch, and we may decline or cancel an order, for example because of stock, pricing errors or suspected misuse, with a full refund of anything paid. Payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers. We do not store your card details.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refund and Returns Policy. Both form part of these terms.
Bulk and custom orders
Bulk and custom orders are made to your specification and are supplied under a written quotation. The quotation sets out the price, minimum quantity, artwork or sample approval, advance payment, production time and delivery. Once you approve the sample or artwork, changes may affect price and timing. Please check logos and designs carefully; you are responsible for having the right to use any logo or design you send us.
Intellectual property
The Strapit name, logo, product designs, photos, videos and website content belong to us or are used with permission. You may not copy or use them for commercial purposes without our written consent.
Using the website
Please use the site lawfully. Do not try to interfere with its security, submit false information, or use it to send spam. We may suspend access if these terms are broken.
Reviews and messages
If you post a review or send us a message, you confirm it is honest and yours to share. We may publish or remove reviews at our discretion and may use them to promote our products, without showing your contact details.
Warranty and liability
Our products are made with care, and any manufacturing defect is handled under our Refund and Returns Policy. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer protection law.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Delhi have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any consumer rights you have to bring a claim elsewhere.
